Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders placed after 3pm EST will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Estimates:
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via United States Postal Service. Delivery times may vary depending on the method selected at checkout.
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Issues with Delivery:
BopBop is not responsible for lost packages when the customer inputted the wrong shipping address.
BopBop is not responsible for lost packages if marked successfully delivered (e.g., misplaced in mailroom after receipt or a typo in the shipping address), but please do reach out with any issue and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipment, please contact us at hello@bopbopworld.com with your name and order number, we’ll be happy to help.
Returns & Exchanges:
