Returns & Exchanges

We hope you’re obsessed with your BopBop—because we sure are. But if something’s not quite right, we make returns easy.

📦 U.S. Returns Only
BopBop currently ships to the U.S. only, and we accept returns from U.S. customers within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of your order delivery date

A $6 fee per item returned will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing.

🔄 Exchanges
 
Exchanges are subject to availability. If what you’re looking for is out of stock, you’ll be refunded with our standard return policy instead.

💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method—minus the $6 handling fee. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.

❌ Non-Returnable Items
Some items may be marked as final sale or non-returnable due to hygiene or customization. These will always be noted clearly on the product page.
